Our Delivery Partners

  • We use Couries Please and AusPost for deliveries.
  • We will choose the most applicable courier based on price and delivery times. Customers do not have the option to choose their preferred carrier.
  • All parcels will be fully insured. Lost or damaged items during delivery? We got you covered ;)
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your parcel via email.

IMPORTANT : Please allow 24-48 hours for order processing/packing.

NOTE 1: Due to increased Postage costs, delivery to Australia Post Parcel lockers and rural/regional areas are excluded from Flat Rate delivery. We may need to charge a surcharge fee for these orders and will contact you regarding it. You have the option to pay the surcharge fee or get a full refund in this instance.

NOTE 2: Auspost costs are variable and we cannot accurately predict actual costs until we book for delivery. The costs provided during checkout are indicative and subject to change. Any additional fees will be required to be paid prior to shipment of goods.

  • We have temporarily disabled pickup options from our site.
  • If you would like to arrange a pickup, please contact us via email, phone, or socials.
  • We offer pickup for our Victorian customers only.
