Our Delivery Partners
- Our preference is to use Sendle for our deliveries.
- Sendle offers 100% carbon neutral logistics - meaning when you shop with us, you can be rest assured the net CO2 in delivering your package is Zero!!
- There are few exceptions when we do not use Sendle - like delivery to remote locations. In most instances, the alternative is Auspost.
- You can choose your preferred shipping option during checkout (Australia Post or Sendle)
Delivery in Australia
- Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your parcel.

NOTE : Due to increased Postage costs, delivery to Australia Post Parcel lockers and rural/regional areas are excluded from Flat Rate delivery. We may need to charge a surcharge fee for these orders and will contact you regarding it. You have the option to pay the surcharge fee or get a full refund in this instance.
Pick Up Options
- We offer pickup for our Victorian customers only.
- Please select "Pick Up" option when you check out.
- We will email you with instructions on the when and where!
Packaging
We use Hero Packaging for our packaging your orders. Unlike traditional plastic mailers, Hero Packaging offers biodegradable packaging solutions that can be composted at home!! That's right, in your own backyard.
