Our Delivery Partners
- We use Sendle and AusPost for deliveries.
- Customers have the option to choose their preferred courier during checkout.
- All parcels will be fully insured. Lost or damaged items during delivery? We got you covered ;)
- All flat rate shipping parcels are sent via Sendle.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your parcel via email.

NOTE : Due to increased Postage costs, delivery to Australia Post Parcel lockers and rural/regional areas are excluded from Flat Rate delivery. We may need to charge a surcharge fee for these orders and will contact you regarding it. You have the option to pay the surcharge fee or get a full refund in this instance.
Pick Up Options
- We offer pickup for our Victorian customers only.
- Please select "Pick Up" option when you check out.
- We will email you with instructions on the when and where!
Packaging
We use Hero Packaging for our packaging your orders. Unlike traditional plastic mailers, Hero Packaging offers biodegradable packaging solutions that can be composted at home!! That's right, in your own backyard.
