This is a colourful 20-day introduction to journaling for little ones, with writing and drawing prompts to help children develop a deep and meaningful connection to Allah.

It also encourages emotional intelligence by giving attention to a child’s feelings - both positive and negative.

There is space to make du’a, encouraging resilience and tawakkul (reliance upon Allah) from an early age.
